Laboratory of a tunnel microscopy and
nanotechnology.
The laboratory is included into structure of faculty of
theoretical and experimental physics of the Moscow institute of electronic
engineering.
Main directions of work:
Nanotubes
SPM
and STM of metallic and silicon materials,
VTCP-films and biological
objects;
search and study of new methods of probe tunnel
nanotechnology;
creation of two-electrode elements with ñ quasi-one-dimensional
wires,
showing quantum characteristics under room-temperatures;
basic researches of element base of an nanoålectronics
on base of
quantum wires.

Vladimir K.Nevolin, leader a labs., Dr.Sc., professor of
theoretical and experimental physicists faculties. Stating the problems. Basic
researches, analysis, generalization and presentation of results.
