Laboratory of a tunnel microscopy and
nanotechnology.
The laboratory is included into structure of faculty of
theoretical and experimental physics of the Moscow institute of electronic
engineering.
Main directions of work:
Nanotubes SPM
and STM of metallic and silicon materials, VTCP-films and biological
objects;
search and study of new methods of probe tunnel
nanotechnology;
creation of two-electrode elements with ñ quasi-one-dimensional
wires, showing quantum characteristics under room-temperatures;
basic researches of element base of an nanoålectronics on base of
quantum wires.

researches, analysis, generalization and presentation of results. Vladimir

works are carrying out under support of ministry of high scholastic
establishments base (financing and grants).
