Tunnel microscopy of
superdispersed system, including, superdispersed diamonds, physical-chemical
process into tunnel space of STM. Automatization of physical experiments,
scientific visualization, computer graphics.

instrument:
STM own production for work on air and in
liquid, with a completely digital control (including a feed-back).
- Full
range of operation voltage -10...+10V, steady state time - about 1 us.
- Maximum range of scanning 0.5x0.5um.
- Average sensitivity of piezo-driving gear - 25 íì/Â.
- The
lower resonance frequency of piezo-driving gear - 11 êÃö.
- There are 2 modes of work: STM-mode and ðåæèì micro-discharge.
- In
the STM mode the range of measured current - 0.1...100nA,
in the
micro-discharge mode - 0.1...100uA.
- Time
of digitization of a signal - 2 us.
- There is an interval timer for a measurement of small time intervals (1
us).
